Webportal for WEILBURGER Graphics![]() Complete relaunch of WEILBURGER Graphics website in English, German, Spanish and Polish with extended portal functionality and community. Domain: www.weilburger-graphics.de Wrap around for WEILBURGER Graphics![]() For my customer WEILBURGER Graphics I have designed a high detailed wrap around with severall print effects. This wrapper was produced by using a silver laminate on a thin paper substrate, then printed in silk screen for the opaque white areas, then 3 colour Offset process with UV coating and last but not least again with silk screen for the water drops which are made by relief coating from WEILBURGER Graphics. The wrap around was made and optimized for postal letter distribution so we planned the whole job based on smallest possible weight. At the end the wrapper combined with one letter sheet and envelope was beyond 20g and so it could be sent out as standard post for 55 Cents in Germany. A nice demonstration how intelligent production planning can reduce costs by maximum impact in value added printing. Two toy biplanes for manroland![]() Photo of the finished airplane. ![]() Photo of the finished airplane. For Drupa 2008 I have designed two high detailed toy biplane kits in two different formats (0B and 3B) and colours.
Normally this job was only the development and design for the two airplanes but to bring it on a higher and more realistic level I've decided to design also a cover page for the packaging (as photo realistic 3D computer illustration) and to make the build up process easier for everyone to include also a an exploded view of the biplanes (also as 3D computer illustration). These jobs were produced in 4/0 colour with full coverage coating and inline rotative cutting tools on Roland 500 and Roland 700. The result was really breathtaking and therefore all samples were rapidly sold out at Drupa. ![]() Laydown in 3B format. |
