THE NASTY BEAST BRAND PROJECT
This was Alexander Dort's first project for the PrintCity Alliance at the time.
In order to be able to show all the materials, technologies and substrates of the then 48 members of the alliance, he decided to develop and bring to life a virtual lifestyle brand.
The result was a strong brand campaign based on 119 designs, 42 individual print jobs most of which were produced live at the show on 6,500 m2 in Hall 6, 17 HD videos with a total running time of 130 minutes for 5 different video installations.
Total production time for this was just 6 months for the design, prepress and production management of the design and print jobs and only 3 weeks for the video production including composition and recording of the soundtracks as well as the final editing.
Since that time, he and now Alexander Dort GmbH have been working for PrintCity Allianz as full-service designers.
