Sample Box Project 2021 for WEILBURGER Graphics

We have now completed work on the SAMPLE BOX 2021 for our customer WEILBURGER Graphics GmbH, an internationally renowned manufacturer of coatings, flexo inks and adhesives for the graphic arts industry based in Gerhardshofen, Franconia - and officially released all content for use by their customers.

For the implementation of this extensive project, we had designed a total of 2 corrugated direct print samples in flexo printing, 24 folding boxes in offset and screen printing as well as a SENOSCREEN® sample guide with a total of 64 pages and thus 32 screen printing jobs. 72 coatings, 6 flexo inks and 2 adhesives from the company's extensive product range were used. The range of technologies and effects used extends from water-based dispersion coatings, adhesives and flexo inks to oil-based printing varnishes, UV-based topcoats and UV LED coating systems. Interested users and customers of the company will therefore find attractive examples and inspiration for almost every application and all topics in the packaging industry in this sample collection.

But simply providing attractive print samples was once again not enough for us and our customers, who are keen on comprehensive customer support. That's why we once again carefully documented and analyzed all print jobs and prepared them in the form of detailed tutorials and production manuals for the company's training and further education.

And that's not all: we also created a short whiteboard training video about the project, which is already available worldwide.

And if all that wasn't enough, similar to the FRANCONIAN COOLNESS BOX we created for this client, we also developed an augmented reality app for this project that allows users with and without the real presence of this sample box to virtually explore the box and its contents, and also access all the associated tutorials in German and English directly from the app.

With a total of fifty-eight individual print jobs from three different printing technologies, eighty selected coatings, inks and adhesives from our extensive general catalog, one hundred and sixty-four pages of concentrated knowledge and many processing tips in German and English, a video and then also the associated augmented reality app for iOS and Android, this project represents one of the most complex sample projects we have ever realized with and for a customer.
